Important Considerations:

The ULP and Demand to Bargain template should be reviewed and edited by union leadership before being sent to Agency mgt.

Add specific references to the relevant articles of your collective bargaining agreement.
•
Consult with the union's attorneys for specific legal advice.

Be prepared to file a ULP with the FLRA and a grievance if the agency does not respond appropriately.
