Our Research & Development will be used to increase the number of Federal Employees who are union members within Agencies that have existing bargaining units as of January 2022.
We will help union members self-represent their cases in 3rd party forums in those instances where their unions do not have the resources to assist.
We are former Federal Agency union stewards and officers who believe that increasing union membership rates is imperative for empowering the Federal workforce.
Federal employees have a clear and identifiable community of interest within their Agencies, but only Union members get a vote in union elections, determine bargaining priorities, and ratifying collective bargaining agreements.
When more members are active with their unions, collective bargaining agreements are better and help to create a more engaged workforce and better workplace practices.
That is why it is important to increase the number of Federal employees engaged with their union.
